Police arrest man ‘who killed brother in argument over a CHEESEBURGER’
POLICE have charged a man with murder after he allegedly shot his brother during an argument over a cheeseburger.

Benjamin Middendorf appeared in court on Saturday after police said he used a 9mm handgun to shoot his brother Nicholas in the chest.
According to police, the brawl began when Nicholas, along with his mother and another man returned to their home from a night out.
The 25-year-old, from Florida, reportedly told officers Nicholas, 28, had been bullying him over a cheeseburger.
He told police during an emergency call: “I just shot my brother on accident.

"We were in a fight and I grabbed a gun and I shot him. Oh God. I’m so sorry."
Nicholas was pronounced dead at the scene.

A woman’s voice could be heard call yelling: “I hope you go to jail."
Mr Middendorf is being held without bond at Osceola County Jail on first-degree murder charges.
