Dubbed the ‘dancing barista’ Sam, 17, struggled to cope with his condition before getting a job at the coffee chain.
The teenager finds it hard to keep his body still, which is known as movement disorder.
But his boss Chris encouraged him to incorporate his dancing into the preparation of drinks to help him control his movement.
And now while making a drink for each customer, Sam has a specific dance routine that he moves to.

That way, he can overcome his changes and put a small on the face of millions at the same time.
Sam from Toronto, Canada , said he hopes his dancing can spread a positive message about people with special needs.
He said: “People with autism do not want to be looked at with sympathy, so I would say to anyone please, please, please keep an open mind about what people with special needs can do.”
The uplifting video has already racked up more than 52million views and 820,000 shares on Facebook.
The teenager also has a encouraging message foe others with autism.

Carly Fleischmann, Sam’s friend and autism advocate, added: "Sam never thought he would be able to work behind the bar, but his manager, Chris, believed in him.
“If it wasn't for Chris believing in Sam he would of never believed in himself."
