The men were arrested in the Marche de Saint Denis shopping centre, a short distance from the besieged flat.

It is believed the other alleged fugitive killed in the assault was Abaaoud.
The apparent ringleader of the atrocities in Paris is from Belgium, and was originally thought to have fled to Syria but police said he was holed up inside the flat.
Interior minister Bernard Cazeueuve said after the siege there had been 110 police involved in Wednesday morning's operation.
He added: “It was a courageous raid and there were being shot at for many hours in conditions they had not met before.”

President Hollande also praised the police, saying: “I’d like to express our whole gratitude and admiration to the police forces who launched this operation. They knew the danger but probably still underestimated the violence they would meet up with and they went to the end of their mission.”
Special SWAT teams were at the scene around the apartment where the suspect was caged in for much of the morning.
