Nightclub Halloween Horror: Fire kills 29 as officials warn death toll could rise
MORE than 25 people have died after a fire broke out at a busy nightclub during a Halloween rock concert.

Thousands of people marched silently with flowers through Bucharest on Sunday to commemorate the 29 victims killed while watching a popular metal band after spark on a stage caused a blaze.
It is thought around 184 young people were injured in the venue in Bucharest, Romania when the inferno broke out.
Romanian officials have warned that the death toll is expected to rise "significantly" because many have recieved horror burn injuries.
Some of the victims are said to be foreigners but the Foreign Office has told Express.co.uk it is not yet aware of any Britons hurt or killed.
Two Romanian women died of severe hospital burns in hospital today after being rescued from the nightclub.
The Government declared three days of national mourning on Saturday, following the fire during a rock concert that featured the use of fireworks indoors.

Up to 500 people, mostly young adults, stampeded for the only available exit as the club in the basement of a Communist-era sports shoe factory filled with smoke.
Eyewitness Victor Ionescu, who was at the club with his girlfriend, said: "People were fainting, they were fainting from the smoke.
"It was total chaos, people were trampling on each other."
Another man who escaped the venue said: "There was a stampede of people running out of the club."
The gig featured a "customised light show and pyrotechnic effects", according to a Facebook event page set up by the club.
On Sunday, authorities said all the victims had been identified and that 146 people remained in hospital, while between 80 and 90 of them were in a "in severe and critical state".

Nicolae Banicioiu, the health minister, said a crisis unit had been set up to deal with the aftermath of the fire.
He said: "Everyone was mobilised and try to do everything we can. We are bombarded with the number of severe cases.
"Victims have been sent to the accident and emergency hospitals in the capital."
He also appealed for blood donations.

Romania's President Klaus Iohannis said he was "deeply grieved by the tragic events that happened this evening in downtown."
Writing on Facebook, he added: "It is a very sad day for all of us, for our nation and for me personally."
And Gabriel Oprea, the nation's interior minister, said: "Unfortunately, the number of deaths is expected to rise."
