Kenya revenge raid for massacre
KENYAN bomber planes hit two terror camps in neighbouring Somalia last night in revenge for the university massacre of nearly 150 people.
The university massacre claimed nearly 150 lives
Defence spokesman David Obonyo said the raids "completely destroyed" the Al Shabaab hideaways near the border.
Although the Al Qaedalinked militants denied that the strikes had hit targets, Kenya's forces said aerial pictures showed the damage.
Mr Obonyo said intense cloud cover made it difficult to determine the death toll from the raids.
Kenya is also drawing up a list of suspected members of Al Shabaab from names of youths who have vanished or shown signs of radicalisation.
