Chinese envoy to hold Korean talks
China's top nuclear envoy has arrived in South Korea as part of diplomatic efforts to revive the stalled talks on ending North Korea's nuclear programme.
Chinese Vice Foreign Minister Wu Dawei arrived in Seoul after visiting Russia, the US and Japan to discuss North Korea's nuclear development with his counterparts.
South Korea's Foreign Ministry said Mr Wu plans to hold talks with his South Korean counterpart and other officials.
The trip comes as the US is moving to enforce UN sanctions against North Korea for its May 25 nuclear test. The North also recently fired seven ballistic missiles in defiance of UN Security Council resolutions.
