Eclipse 2018 spiritual meaning: What does the Blood Moon mean for YOU?
THE July Blood Moon total lunar eclipse will rise tonight and astrologers are touting the full moon’s spiritual significance – but what does the Blood Moon mean for YOU?

The Blood Moon eclipse will occur tonight (Friday, July 27) when the full moon passes through Earth’s darkest shadow.
The total lunar eclipse is the first seen over the UK since September 2015.
Stargazers are also excited because the eclipse will be the longest Blood Moon of the century, lasting a full one hour and 43 minutes.
But astrology enthusiasts are also excited to find out what sort of change the blood-red moon will usher heading into the next month.
According to Catherine Goshen of Goshen Astrology, emotions will run high on the night of eclipse.
With Mars retrograde and Uranus strongly in the mix at this special full moon, emotions can run high
The astrologer wrote on her blog: “With Mars retrograde and Uranus strongly in the mix at this special full moon, emotions can run high and you may act rashly before you have time to think.
“The call is to use this time as an emotional reset period, a time of reflection, rather than one of high activity.
“However, if intense feelings overwhelm you, channel them into non-violent activities which can bring satisfying results.”
But Jamie Partridge, of Astrology King, disagreed.
He said the Blood Moon is a time to focus on home, family and relationships.
The astrologer argued the lunar eclipse will have a profound effect on deeply personal aspects of your private life.
The moon disappearing in the Earth’s shadow will also “reset your emotions” and give you an opportunity to part with any cumbersome emotional baggage.
Mr Partridge said: “The July 27 lunar eclipse complements themes found in the July 12 solar eclipse to form a brief eclipse phase which lasts to the August 11 solar eclipse.”
Astrologers at Pandora Astrology went one step further and claimed the lunar eclipse Blood Moon is an “excitable, erratic and defensive full moon”.
The sun in Leo and the moon in Aquarius will supposedly reflect the internal turmoil of the self against “the collective”.
Pandora Astrology wrote: “With individualistic planets like Mars and Uranus forming hard aspects to the full moon fulcrum, people may be less inclined to compromise and work cooperatively together.
“You may feel like your individuality is being quashed by some group expectation or practice, or conversely, you may be a part of some collective which has to contend with some large and intransigent ego or personality in your midst.”
The astrology blog advised everyone not to “fight fire with fire” during the influence of the eclipse.
