Donald Trump's children to lose millions as Ivana's townhouse suffers brutal price slash
Ivana Trump's Upper East Side townhouse, where she lived at the time of her death, has seen a huge price reduction

The New York townhouse, once home to Donald Trump's ex-wife, Ivana Trump, has seen a significant price drop following her tragic death.
Ivana Trump, the former wife of President Trump, sadly passed away at the age of 73 after falling down a flight of stairs in her Lennox Hill home on 14 July 2022. The property was swiftly put up for sale with a staggering asking price of $26.5 million.
After nearly a year on the market, the price was reduced to $22.5 million, and a month later, the listing was taken down. In June 2024, it was relisted with a significantly lower asking price of $19.5 million. The news comes after it was revealed Melania Trump was 'worried about Barron' and 'watching him like a hawk'.
Now, three years on, Ivana's luxurious townhouse has experienced another price cut.
As reported by the New York Post, the property is now listed for $17.9 million. The six-storey, 8,725-square-foot home is located on East 64th Street and boasts five bedrooms and five full bathrooms, reports the Mirror US.

The house, where Ivana met her untimely end, features a gated lift and a central, curved staircase connecting the floors.
The residence is decorated with lavish interior details, including a crystal chandelier, silk wallpaper, and a gold-embossed fireplace. The home also includes a media room and sauna.
Following Ivana Trump's death in July 2022, the townhouse did not automatically pass to a new owner. Instead, it became part of her estate, with her three children, Donald Jr., Ivanka, and Eric, named as the primary beneficiaries.

The proceeds from any potential sale will be split amongst them, meaning the president's three eldest children stand to receive significantly less than they initially anticipated from the sale of the Upper East Side property.
Ivana purchased the residence for $2.5 million in 1992, following her divorce from Donald, according to the Wall Street Journal. She lived there until her death, roughly 30 years later.
New York City's medical examiner concluded that Ivana had died due to "blunt impact injuries" to the torso. Her funeral mass took place in New York City, with all members of the Trump family present.
President Trump laid his former wife to rest in a private burial site at the Trump National Golf Course in Bedminster, New Jersey.
