M11 traffic news: Major delays as car accident hits Essex motorway near Stansted
THERE are delays on the M11 Northbound in Essex after a car lost control close to Stansted Airport and is facing the wrong way leaving a lane blocked.

This comes amid rush hour chaos across the country due to heavy snowfall overnight.
Essex Travel News tweeted: “M11 Northbound - Car has lost control between J7 (Harlow) and J8 (Stansted) and is facing the wrong way and blocking lane one".
Stansted Airport has asked customers to check the latest status of their flight with the airline before travelling to the airport.
They said: “We advise all passengers to keep up to date with traffic and transport updates, allow extra time for their tavel and plan their journey to and from the airport accordingly.”

There are delays on the Stansted Express due to the severe weather.
The service tweeted: “Due to severe weather, services running across the whole Greater Anglia network will be cancelled, delayed or revised.
“Disruption is expected until the end of the day.”
