Mother pays tribute to her boys as couple are charged over their deaths
A COUPLE were yesterday charged with the car crash death of two young brothers.
Casper Platt-May (L) and Corey (R) were killed on Thursday as they went to the park
Rob Brown, 53, and fiancee Gwendoline Harrison, 41, were jointly accused of causing death by dangerous driving.
Corey Platt-May, six, and brother Casper, two, were killed on Thursday as they went to the park with their mother Louise, 28, and two brothers in Coventry.
Brown and Harrison, both from Wyken, were dressed in grey prison tracksuits and flanked by five guards when they appeared before magistrates sitting at Leamington.
They were remanded in custody to appear at Warwick Crown Court on March 22.

Brown is also accused of driving while disqualified and Harrison faces further charges of common assault.
A damaged Ford Focus was found abandoned less than half a mile from the incident.
Tributes including flowers, toys and photos continued to be laid at the scene as mother Louise praised her sons.
She said: “Corey was an amazing boy. He never kept still, always had to be doing something and coming up with new ideas of things to do.

“He loved school more than any kid I know. His favourite subject was maths. But his main passion in life was his football.”
She added: “Casper was a cheeky little boy, always getting into trouble and driving his brothers crazy.
“But he was so loving and caring and constantly told his family how much he loved them.”
Corey had been made man of the match at football the day before his death.
His club Coventry Copsewood JFC cancelled their games this weekend out of respect
