Coburn asked Ms Creasy whether she believes it should be Jeremy Corbyn or other senior members of the Labour Party speaking out over allegations that it has previously suppressed claims of sexual harassment.
Ms Creasy responded: “Are you trying to give me a job in the Labour Party press office, Jo?”
The BBC host instantly hit back and said: “Sounds like they need it.”
Ms Creasy failed to address whether Mr Corbyn will speak out about the issue.
She said: “I understand the concern. I think it’s right that people are asking those questions because we have to show that as a party of equality that we take these matters seriously.

Ms Creasy said: “I am heartbroken every time I see one of these stories.”
