Grenfell Tower victim's husband given emergency passport to attend funeral
THE husband of a Grenfell Tower fire victim has been granted an emergency passport so he can attend her funeral in Morocco.

Sabah Abdullah lost his wife Khadija Khalloufi in the blaze on July 14 which is thought to have claimed at least 79 lives.
The BBC heard how everything he owned had been destroyed by the flames, and he could not get an emergency passport in time because he had no identification.
He told the BBC: "I've got no passport, my passport burned.

"I've got no driving licence – it's also burned.
"Everything you can think of is gone – burned. I'm nobody."
On waiting for new documents to arrive, he said: "I can't leave her for another week or two, I can't do that to her, I can't do that.

"She needs some rest - she need to rest up, for good."

The broadcaster appealed to the Home Office, which confirmed it would try to help.
Mr Abdullah then received his passport in time to fly to Morocco on Tuesday.
