Tautz, who was only partially qualified, was paid £3.60-an-hour to look after Joshua at his home in Wood Green, north London.
Parents Pearl Paul and Nirmal Vijayan left him “smiling and happy” in Tautz’s care on August 29, 2014.
Mrs Justice McGowan told Tautz: “You lost your temper or you were frustrated. I have no doubt at all it was just your way of trying to stop him crying or making him go to sleep.”
