M40 fireball: Delays on major motorway this morning after horror crash
DRAMATIC pictures have emerged of a car which exploded into a fireball on the M40.

Major delays were caused by the car exploding on the southbound carriageway after a collision with another vehicle.
Witnesses have said flames shot 30 feet in the air during smash in rush hour, close to a service station.
The crash which spilled over two lanes involved a silver Audi saloon and a silver Mercedes van.
West Midlands Ambulance Service were called to the scene just after 7.30am.
Four people were injured in the incident between junction 13 for Bishops Tachbrook and junction 12 for Gaydon.

A West Midlands Ambulance Service spokesman said: “On arrival, crews discovered a car and a van that had been in collision, both of which had caught fire as a result.
“Thankfully, the occupants of all vehicles had managed to get themselves out, otherwise it could have been a very different outcome.
"A man and a woman from the car, together with two children, were all assessed and discharged at the scene with minor injuries, as was the man who was driving the van.”

All lanes are now open.
Travel issues elsewhere have caused anger as drivers on the M6 and M42 also experienced problems on Monday.
