HEATHROW TERROR ARREST: Man held at airport after getting off Cairo plane
A MAN has been arrested by counter-terrorism officers at Heathrow Airport as he got off a plane from Egypt over suspected terror offences.

The 50-year-old from North London was arrested as he got off a plane from Cairo at Heathrow Airport, according to police.
Officers added that the arrest was not related to the Islamic State (ISIS) or Syria.
But they also confirmed the arrest was pre-planned as part of an ongoing investigation into allegations of terrorist activities overseas.
He is now being held in police custody as enquiries continue.

A Metropolitan Police spokesman said: "He has been arrested under s58 TACT (possession of articles containing information of a kind likely to be useful to a person committing or preparing an act of terrorism).
"The man has been detained under PACE and is at present in police custody.
"As part of the investigation officers are searching a residential address in north London."
The man was getting off a flight from Cairo
The arrest comes one month after a 22-year-old was detained at Heathrow airport on suspicion of preparing to carry out a terror attack.
Counter-terrorism officers arrested the man when he returned to the UK from an undisclosed location on December 2.
The South East Counter Terrorism Unit said there was no "imminent threat" to airport passengers or the community at the time he was detained.
Officers confirmed his arrest related to conflicts overseas.
