The Metropolitan police’s anti-cyber crime Falcon Unit have also issued a “cease and desist” notice on December 3 to a 38-year-old man from Fife, Scotland.
The 51-year-old came to public prominence after she initiated a legal challenge to the governments plans to trigger Article 50 of the Lisbon Treaty leave the European Union without allowing parliament a vote on the issue.
On November 3 this year, Ms Miller, represented by City law firm Mishcon de Reya, won their case in the High Court.

Ms Miller said: "The judgment, I hope – when it's read by the Government and they contemplate the full judgment – that they will make the wise decision of not appealing but pressing forward and having a proper debate in our sovereign parliament, our mother of parliaments that we are so admired for all over the world”.
The decision was challenged by the government and the appeal is currently being heard by the Supreme Court.
The appeal is ongoing.
