The Remembrance Rumble is the brainchild of former SAS man ‘Big’ Phil Campion.
The 47-year-old took part in Operation Barrass, the SAS raid in Sierra Leone in 2000 to liberate Brit soldiers held by brutal militia gang the West Side Boys.
He said: “The lads are training hard. We aren’t boxers but we will have aggression, speed, and surprise on our side!”
Mr Campion said he always harboured dreams of boxing.
He added: “The problem was finding someone to fight me – as soon as you say you’re ex-SAS no one wants to box you.

A sell-out crowd is expected for the event on November 11, just two days before Remembrance Sunday.
The American squad was compiled by former Navy SEAL Brandon Webb, 39, who trained Chris Kyle – the most deadly sniper in US military history – immortalised in the movie American Sniper.
