Boy, 3, found wandering the streets in early hours wearing only underpants
EARLY morning commuters were shocked to see a little boy of about three wandering around on his own in only his underpants in Brockworth, near Gloucester.
A toddler was wandering around on his own when he was found on Golden Arrow Way
The toddler was spotted in Lobleys Drive, near the junction with Golden Arrow Way on the Coopers Edge on Wednesday morning.
He was attempting to cross the busy road.
The boy of about three years old was found wandering in only his underpants
She spoke to the boy who said he was "going to the bus stop" and that his mum "was not asleep."
The boy gave a first name but did not know his surname.
The two drivers were soon joined by another woman who started to look to see if there was an open door to a house, or a frantic parent searching the streets.
But there was no one.

It was as if he knew where he was supposed to cross, so he seemed to have good road sense
The boy had nothing on but his underpants.
One of the women commuters had a spare T-shirt in her bag to put on him.
The commuters called the police who arrived to take care of the boy while they tracked down his mother.
The woman who found the boy said: "It was worrying because he was clearly trying to cross the road.
The boy was spotted near the junction with Golden Arrow Way on the Coopers Edge on Wednesday morning
"It was as if he knew where he was supposed to cross, so he seemed to have good road sense."
Police later told her that the boy had been reunited with his mother.
