British Airways flight declares emergency before landing at Heathrow Airport
A BRITISH Airways flight issued an emergency code as it flew from Denver to Heathrow Airport after a passenger became ill on board.

The passenger jet flight BA218 from Denver issued a 7700 Squawk code as it flew above the Irish sea, which refers to a general emergency.
The plane was passing over the Isle of Man when the signal was sent out.
The pilots requested medical services to meet the flight after a customer became unwell on board
The plane was given a priority landing by air traffic controllers.
It landed at 11.30am.
