WATCH: Irate traffic warden tells man to 'f*** off' before storming away
A PARKING WARDEN has been removed from duty after being caught on camera swearing at a man – telling a motorist to "f*** off".
Irate traffic warden swears at man
The incident occurred in Cathays, Cardiff, when the angry warden challenged the man filming him about a parking permit outside his home.
Silvia Bungaru, the man behind the camera, protested at the unnamed warden's angry reaction to his parking.
The warden also threatened to have the father-of-two arrested for making the film.
"You are rude, not me. You are the person who parked their f***ing car there. Alright, not me?" he said.

Once again Mr Bungaru challenged him on his "nice language".
The uniformed warden then stormed off but not before telling Mr Bungaru to "f*** off". He also makes an obscene gesture with his hand as he walks away.
The encounter left the father-of-two shocked. He told the BBC: "I was trying to explain to him why I didn't have one [a parking permit].
"I was appalled at his language and his attitude. I'm glad it was filmed so people will believe that this goes on."
The footage has been passed on to Cardiff City Council, who are now investigating the warden's behaviour.
A spokesman for the council said "until further notice" he had been relieved of his duties.
"An investigation will not take place into the circumstances surrounding the event," he continued.
"The council does not condone this type of behaviour and has guidelines which we expect our employees to adhere to."
