Students expelled for having sex on TEACHER’S DESK at Prince Charles' old boarding school
TWO students at Prince Charles' former boarding school have been expelled for having sex on a music teacher's desk.
Prince Charles' former school expelled two pupils for having sex on a desk
The scandal has emerged following a three-year campaign lead by the mother of one of the excluded girls – who attempted to sue Gordonstoun.
She took the £36,000-a-year school to a tribunal after claiming her 16-year-old daughter had attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) and she was wrongfully expelled on disability discrimination grounds.
But the Additional Support Needs Tribunal for Scotland claimed she was not disabled despite accepting she had ADHD.
The incident happened at Gordonstoun school in Scotland
The mother then took the case to court where a judge ruled in the school's favour.
She claimed - referred to only as 'M' - was barely able to cross the road in safety and suffered from "impulsivity".
But teachers claimed the girl was sufficiently capable of sailing at sea and received lessons on "an ocean-going yacht".
Emails dating back over more than a year disclosed sexually explicit exchanges
Passing down her judgement, judge Lady Smith said: "During the evening M had sexual intercourse with a male student on a teacher's desk. Their meeting was planned.
"Emails dating back over more than a year disclosed sexually explicit exchanges and there were references to prior sexual contact having occurred.
"In a state of undress, they were discovered by a member of staff. Both were suspended immediately."
Prince Charles gave his former boarding school the nickname “Coldtiz in kilts" for its strict regime of cold showers and open windows in the dorms in winter.

The girl was forced to leave the school following the incident in March 2013.
'M' said other girls "were excited for her" when she had planned the romp on the music desk, and congratulated her afterwards.
The court heard how this was not the first time she had sex with fellow pupils.
The Queen opened the school's grounds in 2010
The judge said: "She [M's mother] told the deputy principal M had lost her virginity to a boy at Easter 2012, when she was at his home.
"She did not suggest ADHD had played any part in M's sexual activity at that time."
The judge rejected the mother's appeal, noting that "M went about her normal day to day activities in an entirely normal fashion".
