A MEAT hammer, dog shampoo and £40,000 in cash are a few of the many bizarre confiscated items found in hand luggage, an airport has revealed.
London City Airport revealed the most bizarre items that have been confiscated
London City Airport has found some very unusual items seized - with a snow globe, Harrods and Fortnum and Mason jams and other spreads and toiletries being the most popular.
Nutella chocolate spread, Marmite and fluffy handcuffs are all also in the top ten weird items.
Other items include tins of tuna, pickled gherkins and a fashion belt made of bullet casings.

Declan Collier, the airport's CEO, said: "Last year the airport welcomed 4.3 million passengers along with an eclectic range of restricted items.
