A MAN was spotted on CCTV breaking two laws at once when he cruised into a shop on a hoverboard to steal a crate of Lucozade energy drink.
Man rides hoverboard into shop, steals case of Lucozade, rides out again
The man is clearly seen entering the Co-op supermarket on a self-balancing scooter - commonly called a hoverboard - as he calmly sweeps through to the drinks aisle.
Seconds later he returns to the exit armed with a crate of orange Lucozade and glides out of the doors and along the pavement.
He is described as a black man and was seen wearing a grey tracksuit top and bottoms
Hoverboards, which have become a must-have Christmas present, are only legal to ride on private property with the owner's consent.
Despite an average £400 price-tag, sales surged by a staggering 215 per cent in the wake of the October announcement.
