Man has 'HAND CUT OFF' by 'masked gang' in brutal knife attack after night out with pals
A MAN has reportedly had his HAND CUT OFF after being attacked by a knife-wielding gang during a night out with friends.

He was out with a group of pals in a busy town centre when he was set upon by a group of up to four men in the street.
Police said the man, in his 20's, suffered "serious knife-wounds" and is in a "life-changing condition" in hospital.
Detectives have arrested a 30-year-old man from nearby Grays, who they are questioning on suspicion of attempted murder.

He was allegedly caught after being chased by a PCSO on foot. Officers are still searching for three other men, who fled the scene in a £60,000 Audi A8 saloon.
The brutal attack took place in Loughton, Essex, on Friday night.

Detectives recovered a large knife from the scene and later found the car, which had been torched, in Waltham Abbey some five miles away.
In a statement Essex police said: "Officers do not believe that this was a random incident and it may have been a targeted attack."
A witness who arrived at the scene just moments after the attack said the group of men were wearing masks to hide their faces.

He said: "From what I got, three men jumped out ran up to him with knives and choppers and someone said a crowbar as well and just attacked him.
"I saw him on the floor holding the back of his neck with four stab marks in his back and a few gashes and blood running down the pavement like a stream.
"I don't know how he lived, I have never seen so much blood in my life."
