Pranksters block road after dressing up as traffic cones on Halloween
WHEN Halloween happens, it's trick or treat - and what could be a worse trick for an unsuspecting motorist than a fake traffic cone?
Human traffic cones
Drivers on Saturday found their roads blocked by suspiciously human-sized cones.
And police did not take too kind a view of them.
The police report
The gang of five men sparked a call to London's Metropolitan Police at about 4.40am on Sunday morning when they were spotted blocking the roadway on Clarence Street, Kingston-Upon-Thames, Surrey.
Busses and taxis had been prevented from going down the road by the group, police heard.

Very interesting
Police described the incident as "very interesting".
Officers from Kingston posted a picture of the call log alongside the caption: “A very interesting #Halloween style call out for our emergency response team!"
Legitimate traffic cones
Bystander Dan Theochari said: "They were just standing in front of the taxi and the bus not letting them get past and taking pictures of themselves."
"I didn't actually see the police I was waiting for a taxi but I saw it and it made me laugh.”
