Minister for culture hears all about the Health Lottery's success
SECRETARY of State for Culture, Media and Sport The Rt Hon John Whittingdale paid a visit to the Health Lottery stand on the opening day of the Conservative Party Conference yesterday.

Mr Whittingdale met with Martin Ellice, group joint managing director of The Health Lottery, at Manchester’s Central Convention Complex.
The minister had the opportunity to learn more about the way the Health Lottery had benefited local health charities right across Britain.
Mr Ellice told him that since its launch in 2011 more than £70million has been raised supporting more than 1,800 projects.
So far, more than 5.5 million lucky winners have celebrated winning a share of £100million in prizes.
