BBC threatened Liz Kershaw after sexual abuse complaint
FORMER Radio 1 DJ Liz Kershaw said yesterday that she was warned she'd never work for the BBC again if she pursued a complaint against one of its biggest stars who she claims regularly fondled her breasts.
Miss Kershaw, 54, said she was warned that if she complained about the star's antics, "You'll never work here again." She said there was "loads of sexual bullying" during the 1980s.
She claimed colleagues joked: "What's up Liz, did you not like it? Are you a lesbian?" BBC director-general George Entwistle is investigating. She has not named her alleged abuser.
