Kate Middleton, a beautiful wedding belle...
ONE year on, and Kate and William were walking down the aisle again at the weekend – to see close friends tie the knot.
She may not have been the bride this time but all eyes were still on the Duchess of Cambridge, who was looking lovely in a recycled dress and clutching a big, brown brolly to keep off the torrential rain.
William, too, still managed to look dapper despite the blustery wind ruffling his morning suit.
Kate dress was similar to that of her friend
Kate, 30, first wore the lacy navy blue dress on an official visit to Canada last year. But this time she topped it off with a belt.
The royal couple were at the wedding of Hannah Gillingham, an old school chum of Kate’s, to Robert Carter at St Andrew’s Church, Wingfield, Suffolk, on Saturday.

The bride looked beautiful in a gown very similar to the lace and ivory satin dress worn by Kate at her own wedding.

Yesterday William and Kate spent their first anniversary – traditionally known as paper – in private. It is understood they had a candlelit meal at their Anglesey home.
Kate reportedly marked the anniversary preparing the French dish of fish cooked en papillote – in parchment – in keeping with the paper theme.
A spokesman said: “The royal couple are spending the day privately and are not planning to mark their wedding anniversary in any public way.”
