Prince William's brilliant in red
PRINCE William will risk upsetting his flying colleagues by marrying today in the scarlet tunic of an Irish Guards officer rather than his RAF uniform.
Prince William is an honorary Colonel of the Irish Guards and plans to honour the regiment by walking down the aisle in the dashing uniform which he has never worn before.
It was expected that William would wear the blue of the RAF because he is a Flight Lieutenant, serving as a search-and-rescue helicopter pilot.
