Sainsbury’s shoppers buying wine in stores this month are being warned they don’t have long left to cash in on a bargain offer.
As Valentine’s Day approaches, customers may be on the hunt for deals on romantic meals in, chocolates, flowers, and of course, a tipple or two to celebrate the day.
Well Sainsbury’s customers are in luck as the supermarket is currently running an offer on wine - but for a limited time only.
Right now, shoppers who buy three or more bottles of wine can save 25% if they have a Nectar card. The offer applies to a huge selection of wines from Sainsbury’s’ Taste the Difference range, including a bottle of Pino Grigio for £8.25, Bordeaux Sauvignon Blanc for £8, and Prosecco for £8.75.
Shoppers who buy three or more bottles from the wines included in the deal will only be charged the offer price - providing you have a Nectar card.
For those buying online, you’ll need to have your Nectar card added to your account to get the 25% discount and be aware that the offer is only available for deliveries and collection up until February 14, 2025, so you’ll have to be quick.
If you don’t have a Nectar card you can register for one online for free to unlock lower prices and personalised offers from Sainsbury’s and its reward partners, which include Argos, British Airways, Caffe Nero, Sky and Habitat, among others.

You can earn points every time you spend at Sainsbury’s or a participating retailer by scanning your card at the till.
You’ll get one Nectar point for every £1 qualifying spend in store and online, and one point for every litre of fuel purchased at Sainsbury’s fuel stations.
Shoppers should note that Nectar points aren’t available on some items, including savings stamps, car park tickets, vending machines, cash back, postage stamps, gift vouchers, baby milk products, lottery tickets, tobacco kiosk, proprietary medicine, spirits and liqueurs, mobile phone cards and mobile phone vouchers.
