Three arrested as girl rushed to hospital after being attacked by 'pack of dogs'
Three people have been arrested after a child was taken to hospital following the incident at an address in Ackers Lane, Carrington.
A young girl was rushed to hospital after she was "attacked by a pack of dogs" in Greater Manchester on Sunday evening. Following the incident, three people were arrested on suspicion of owning a dangerous dog and four canines were seized.
The incident took place at an address in Ackers Lane, Carrington, and is understood to have involved up to four dogs.
A spokesperson for Greater Manchester Police said: "Shortly before 2.40pm today, March 26, police were called to a report of a child who had suffered injuries caused by dogs at an address on Ackers Lane, Carrington.
"The girl was taken to hospital and is in a stable condition. Four dogs were seized by officers and have been taken away by specialist partners.
"Three people have been arrested on suspicion of owning a dangerous dog."
