Millions of people up and down the country will enjoy eating roast dinners, Easter eggs and hot cross buns over a four-day leisurely holiday. On top of this, many Christians will be looking forward to indulging themselves after giving up treats for Lent. Lots of Britons will have given up naughty favourites such as chocolate, booze and cakes. If this is you, then you are likely to be taking a trip to your local supermarket at some point over the next couple of days.
The good news is that Aldi will be open over the four-day weekend - but not every day.

Aldi’s Easter store times are as follows:
Good Friday: 8am to 8pm

How long do the Easter holidays last?
Most children will have been off school since Monday, April 8 for two weeks.
Schools under local authority control will reopen on Tuesday, April 23.
But it is always best to check in case of inset days or anomalies.
To do this, you can visit your local council website or the Government’s school postcode checker.
If your child attends a private school or academy there may also be a difference.
This is because these schools have opted out of local authority control and can set their own holiday dates.
