Simon Cowell insists he's still making X Factor decisions despite Louis Walsh axed rumours
DESPITE the constant rumours, Simon Cowell insists that he STILL hasn't made a decision about whether or not to keep Louis Walsh on the X Factor.
Simon insists he's yet to make a decision regarding the new X Factor panel
Simon was interviewed by fellow Britain's Got Talent judge David Walliams for the latest issue of Radio Times and the Little Britain funnyman was keen to know everything about the constant X Factor rumours.
Despite numerous sources saying that Louis had been given the boot, Simon insists he still doesn't know what's happening with the ITV show.
He said: "Louis is a great friend and a brilliant judge but we really still haven’t made any final decisions.
"And just to be clear, when they say, 'Cowell wields axe'. I’m not the only one making the decision – there’s about 30 people involved."

Media mogul insists Louis has not officially been axed yet
David then joked: "No, you make the decision then you ask someone else to give the person the bad news.
"You know, when you do these shake-ups, do you ever think maybe you should get rid of yourself?" to which Simon bluntly replied: "No."
Despite Simon insisting that he's yet to make a decision in terms of this year's X Factor panel, he did take to Twitter last week to hint that he HAD axed the Irish star.
Simon posted: "Louis Walsh is one of the good guys. We will always be friends. The door remains open and who knows what's next……."
Viewers are said to have grown bored of the 62-year-old and his "same old jokes", The Sun on Sunday previously stated.
Louis has been on the X Factor for 11 years
It was previously rumoured that the 55-year-old Syco boss could have offered Louis a head judge role on a new Irish version of Britain's Got Talent.
Despite some insisting that Louis is yet to find out about his X Factor fate, one insider previously said: "Viewers had become sick of Louis’s constant use of tired clichés and the same old jokes… He was just going through the motions.
"Simon spoke to Louis and told him that it’s 95 per cent certain that he’ll be 'stood down' this year."
