SHE underwent her final sex change operation last week, and now Kellie Maloney has shared her first selfie since surgery to coincide with the International Transgender Day of Visibility.

In the image the 61-year-old wears a pair of oversized sunglasses and a slick of bright pink lipstick.
She captioned the snap: 'Tomorrow is transgender day of visibility but let not forget first and last we are human beings who just want 2 live.'
Kellie added: "I am proud of who I am on this day of transgender day of visibility but more important I am just proud to be the woman and human being I should all ways been I stand a lone side my sisters asking the world to show us respected.”
Last week the boxing promoter, formerly known as Frank, had a final operation on her breasts, as well as the final phase of surgery to transform her genitals.

Kellie was expected to be bed bound for ten days while she recovers in hospital, with a further 12 week recovery period during which she will be unable to partake in any strenuous exercise.
Since the beginning of the year, twice married father-of-three Kellie has been on a strict diet and even went on a fitness retreat to Portugal, where she has been in training to ensure she was fighting fit for the final op.
On leaving hospital today, Kellie tweeted: "Just left the Nuffield and want to say a very big thanks to Mr Thomas Mr Yelland and there wonderful staff now home."
She added: "So nice to be home and resting keep falling a sleep the drive wore me out."
