The 29-year-old opted for a printed black and white minidress as she attended movie mogul Harvey Weinstein's BAFTA Nominee Dinner at Little House restaurant in Mayfair.
With it's unusual lace panel detail, the dress did camouflage Keira bump to a certain extent – but her protruding stomach was still clear to see.
She also wore a classic black bag across her body in an attempt to hide her rotund stomach.

Keira was accompanied by her husband James Righton
Despite wearing her over-sized shearing coat – which seems to be a favourite of hers during her pregnancy – the jacket fell open revealing a full view of her body.
Keeping warm in thick black tights, Keira pulled on a pair of smart black ankle boots for the occasion.
Accompanied by her husband James Righton, the mother-to-be – who is thought to be more than four months along – looked happy and healthy.
A representative for the Begin Again star 'confirmed' the pregnancy news to Elle UK at the end of last year, but said the couple won't be making any further official comment.
