Cerys Matthews rocks up to Palace for her MBE
THE Prince of Wales presented rock star Cerys Matthews with her MBE yesterday – and congratulated her in Welsh.

Prince Charles bestowed the honour on the 45-year-old singer at Buckingham Palace.
“He said congratulations in Welsh.
"It is a tough word, llongyfarchiadau,” Matthews said.
I’ve been a collector of songs since I was a child
The former lead singer of rock band Catatonia, who was born in Cardiff, is an ambassador for the Prince’s Trust, among other charities.
Since 2008 she has presented a show on BBC Radio 6 Music.
The mother of three received the honour for services to music.
“I’ve been a collector of songs since I was a child,” she said after the ceremony.
