Dad's Army film: Line-up revealed as Bill Nighy and Michael Gambon lead all star cast
TRADITIONALLY BRITISH show Dad's Army officially finished in 1977, but with an A-list cast producers are hoping to recreate the hype around the show with a new movie.
And the cast list has just been revealed, with some huge British stars playing the likes of Captain Mainwaring and hapless Pike.

Delectable actor Danny Mays is set to star as Private Joe Walker in the movie re-make of the TV show.
Danny recently starred in Mrs Biggs and The Bank Job, which has led to legions of female fans swooning over him.
The actor will fit the Cockney character Walker that original actor James Beck set up perfectly.
Scotish Law & Order UK actor Bill Paterson will play Private James Fraser. John Laurie, also Scottish, wasn't just famous for his role in Dad's Army, he also starred as Hamlet in Laurence Olivier's 1948 movie.
