Is it really him? Sixth Sense actor Haley Joel Osment is unrecognisable in new film
HE WAS once Hollywood's cutest actor even when he was terrifying audiences in the Sixth Sense, but child star Haley Joel Osment is barely recognisable in new film Yoga Hosers.
Filming scenes in downtown Los Angeles, Haley looked like he'd piled on the pounds for the role as a greasy-haired Nazi.
The 26-year-old was spotted walking to his soapbox as he got ready to shoot scenes in the Downtown area.
But clearly Haley hasn't lost any of his acting ability.
In the scene, he gives a despicable speech in front of a college glorifying the Holocaust.
The film, which is directed by Kevin Smith, is being billed as a female-led action movie.
The American director has cast his daughter Harley Quinn as the main character.
And they're not the only father-daughter duo in the film.
Johnny Depp will also be starring alongside his daughter Lily-Rose, who is making her acting debut.
Lily-Rose and Harley will play two teenage yoga enthusiasts who go up against a villain threatening to spoil their big party plans.
They team up with Johnny's 'legendary' man-hunter Guy Lapointe, when an ancient evil rises to threaten the world once more.
Perhaps Haley will have some advice for the rising stars, having been nominated for an Oscar at the tender age of 11 for his breakthrough role in horror film The Sixth Sense.
The child-prodigy played boy psychic Cole Sear, who in an iconic scene reveals: "I see dead people".
To figure out the cause of his visions Sear sees a child psychologist, played by Bruce Willis who is later revealed to be dead himself.
Haley went on to star in films such as Steven Spielberg's Artificial Intelligence: A.I, Pay It Forward and Secondhand Lions, before taking a break to focus on his education.
