Madonna shares a photo of her oldest son Rocco taking his two younger siblings to school
AT the tender age of 14, Rocco Ritchie seems to embracing the role of a loving older brother to his younger siblings.
A proud Madonna took to her Instagram to post up a picture of her eldest son Rocco taking his eight-year-old brother David, and his sister Mercy James, 7, to school in New York on Tuesday.
The 56-year-old queen of pop captioned the adorable picture: "Dis is how we do! Spicoli takes his little bro and sis to the Lycée! #proud."
The family pic sees Rocco – who is Madge's son with her ex-husband film director Guy Ritchie – dressed in a beige linen shirt which he teamed with a white T-shirt and camouflage print cargo trousers.
Rocco held his thumbs up as he placed a loving arm around David and another one around Mercy, who both looked estatic about their first day at school.
Mercy wore a white short-sleeved shirt under a pleated pinafore dress while carrying an electric blue satchel.
Meanwhile, David wore a white LFNY polo shirt, faded jeans and carried a back pack.
Following his big brother Rocco, he also stuck his thumb in the air.
Madonna, who is currently working on her 13th studio album, adopted both children from Malawi, Africa.
The music superstar welcomed David into the family in 2006, when she was still married to Ritchie, who is his official father.
Despite Madonna's marriage to the Lock, Stock and Two Smoking Barrels screenwriter ending while they were trying to adopt Mercy, she continued with the process.
Madonna also has a 17-year-old daughter Lourdes with dancer Carlos Leon.
