Liz Hurley 'blooming' in new romance with David Yarrow after split from ex-fiancé
ELIZABETH Hurley has said that she struggled with the break-up from partner Shane Warne but is now "blooming".
The 48-year-old actress and businesswoman revealed that she still loves her ex while modelling one of her swimsuits for a new collection.
She said: "Love isn't a switch that you can turn on or off at will and of course I still love him - we are part of each other's history."
"I struggled for a while but feel in a very good place today. In fact, both professionally and personally everything is blooming," she added.
Elizabeth and the 44-year-old Australian cricketer-turned-pundit had been together for three years and were engaged to be married.

They had been renovating a 13-bedroom property Donnington Hall, in Hertfordshire, before they split in December last year.
Elizabeth said that the future of the house is still "up in the air" although she and Shane still keep in touch.
She is now dating hedge fund tycoon turned wildlife photographer David Yarrow, 48, whom she calls "a man of integrity and charm and who, incidentally, cooks roast potatoes to rival those of my father".
It was speculated that Shane's close relationship with his ex-wife and children's mother Simone Callahan was to blame for the split.
Simone had since denied these rumours and said she was happy with her current partner Toby Roberts.
