Michelle Obama is joined by her daughters while hosting Easter Egg Roll at the White House
MICHELLE Obama spent the day with her two daughters as she hosted the annual Easter Egg Roll on the South Lawn of the White House on Easter Monday.
The First Lady was pictured taking part in a session of storytelling in the Washington sunshine, and her children Malia, 14, and 11-year-old Sasha were only too happy to help.
The trio read several children's stories to a group of lucky kids, such as 'Cloudy with a Touch of Meatballs.'
Michelle, 49, appeared to be getting into the spirit of things and was seen making hand gestures as she read the book.
Dressed in smart white trousers, a striped top and a pinstripe blazer, it was clear to see that Spring has arrived in the US.
Malia and Sasha also took their duties in their stride and wore casual yet colourful clothes as they accompanied their mother.
President Barack Obama later made an appearance and was seen meeting with the lucky children who had been invited along to take part in an egg race and to meet the Easter bunny.
