Princess Anne conducts rare joint engagement with King Charles
Princess Anne made a rare joint appearance with her brother, King Charles, today.

Princess Anne joined her brother, King Charles, for a special reception at St. James's Palace today in London. The Princess Royal, who is patron of the Butler Trust, and His Majesty met winners of the 40th Annual Butler Trust Awards, which recognises and celebrates outstanding people working in prisons, probation and youth justice across the UK.
The charity promotes excellence in UK prisons, probation, and youth justice by recognising and celebrating outstanding practices and supporting the development of good practices through awards, training, and resources. Anne has been patron of the charity since it was launched in 1985 in memory of former Home Secretary Richard Austin Butler, Baron Butler of Saffron Walden, presenting the annual awards each year. Anne and Charles were snapped laughing as they mingled and chatted with the winners.
