Meghan Markle is renowned for her chic ensembles and is often snapped in classic looks. This did not go unnoticed by celebrity pal Mindy Kaling during episode two of ‘With Love, Meghan, which was released today on Netflix.

The former royal, 43, was joined by American actress and comedian Mindy, 45, who also appeared on her podcast ‘Archetypes’. She showed her how to host a children's party.

As Meghan got stuck in the kitchen, Mindy spoke about her favourite foods growing up. However, the women veered slightly off topic when Mindy began to quiz Meghan over her stunning ensembles, which often grab attention around the globe.

Despite Meghan being left red-faced and blushing, she was initially puzzled over Mindy’s choice of language. Mindy said: “By the way Meghan I wanted to ask about your look.”

Meghan Markle's highly anticipated Netflix show, 'With Love, Meghan' has been hit with criticism shortly after its launch on Tuesday, with one TV personality branding the show as a cure for insomnia. The eight-episode show which features Meghan hosting and cooking with friends and loved ones has been reviewed on X by Talk TV host, Kevin O Sullivan.

Shortly after the show was released on the streaming platform on March 4, he wrote: "Calling all insomniacs desperate for a cure. With Love, Meghan is on Netflix now! Deep sleep guaranteed within five minutes." Eight episodes have dropped on Netflix, with Meghan taking to social media to share behind-the-scenes snaps as the programme was being released. The Duchess of Sussex posted pictures with the caption: "Today is the day! A few BTS snaps + food pictures I took on set for ‘With Love, Meghan.’ Come join the party on @netflix!".

The Duchess of Sussex, 43, is the star of the eight-episode series, with each episode showing the mum-of-two as she cooks and hosts for a number of her celebrity friends. Meghan Markle has officially launched her As Ever brand, just hours after her Netflix series, With Love, Meghan, premiered.

Her updated asever.com website declares “As ever is more than a brand – it’s a love language” and unveiled Meghan’s first products, including her raspberry jam.

The site said the products would be available in spring 2025.

As well as As Ever raspberry spread in keepsake packaging, there was also raspberry spread, limited edition wildflower honey with honeycomb, and also flower sprinkles – a product which Meghan repeatedly uses and refers to throughout the series.

The headline of a review by The Guardian reads: “Kiss the Netflix deal goodbye! With Love, Meghan is so pointless it might be the Sussexes’ last TV show.”

Stuart Heritage describes it as the third consecutive disappointment from Harry and Meghan’s Netflix output after the duke’s Polo series and the Heart Of Invictus documentary.

He calls it a show about “a woman filling children’s party bags with seeds and manuka honey” and “the sort of gormless lifestyle filler that, had it been made by the BBC, would be used to bulk out episodes of Saturday Kitchen”.

Meghan Markle has said the Sussex title holds deeper significance than she first imagined, opening up in a candid interview ahead of the release of Netflix show 'With Love, Meghan'.

Five years have passed since she and Harry made the decision to quit life as senior working royals and eventually settle in Montecito, California.

The Sussex title was bestowed upon her and Prince Harry by Queen Elizabeth II on their wedding day on May 19, 2018.

Meghan told People Magazine: "It’s our shared name as a family, and I guess I hadn’t recognized how meaningful that would be to me until we had children.

"I love that that is something that Archie, Lili, H and I all have together. It means a lot to me."
