Princess Kate appeared to give a strict warning to her husband, Prince William, shortly before a major event took place last year.

The Prince and Princess of Wales were joined by their three children, Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis to attend King Charles's Coronation last May.

Ahead of the ceremony, the Waleses arrived at Westminster Abbey to join the procession and it was then that the future Queen warned her husband with a telling four-word message.

The royal couple were dressed in formal robes, with William sporting his Order of the Garter mantle and Kate wearing her Royal Victorian Order mantle.

William and Kate were caught on video waiting for the procession to start and exchanging words.

According to lip reader Jeremy Freeman who spoke to the Daily Star, the Princess of Wales appeared to turn to her husband, saying: "Just mind the gown."

The expert said that William most likely replied: "Don't worry I got [or caught] it."

Underneath her robes, the princess opted for one of her favourite designers, Alexander McQueen, and wore one of their magnificent dresses.

The dress was made from ivory silk crepe with silver bullion and threadwork embroidery featuring rose, thistle, daffodil and shamrock motifs, which are the symbols of the four countries of the United Kingdom.

She also wore a pair of ivory heels by Gianvito Rossi.

For jewellery, the future Queen opted for the late Princess Diana’s diamond and pearl earrings.
