Lady Louise looks stunning as she takes part in this year's Trooping the Colour alongside her parents, the Duke and Duchess of Edinburgh.

The 20-year-old student has delighted royal fans by attending today, as they were left disappointed last year when she didn't attend.

Wearing a white and lilac floral dress by Suzannah and a Jane Taylor hat,  Louise was pictured arriving at Buckingham Palace this morning before the King's birthday parade commences.

Louise then joined her mother, who is wearing a striking yellow dress, in a carriage as they travelled down the Mall to Horse Guards Parade.

Royal fans were quick to celebrate Lady Louise's attendance, with many noting their jubilation on X. One person wrote: "So lovely that Louise is alongside her parents!"

Another said: "Oh how wonderful! Lady Louise is here with the Duke and Duchess of Edinburgh."

A third wrote: "Lady Louise is growing up into stunning young woman. I can't wait to see what she does with her life."

Others simply remarked how beautiful the young royal looks.

Eagle-eyed royal fans will notice that Louise is wearing the same dress that she wore to the King's Coronation last year, while the hat is borrowed from her mother.

Sophie and Louise were joined in the carriage by the Duke of Kent, and were followed by the Duke and Duchess of Gloucester and Vice Admiral Sir Tim Laurence who travelled together in a separate carriage.

Today marks the Princess of Wales's triumphant return to public life in the midst of her cancer treatment.

Kate and her three children, Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis, were cheered by crowds in The Mall as they left Buckingham Palace in a carriage procession for the Trooping the Colour ceremony.
