Nigel Farage's £3m property empire gets bigger after salary outside Parliament revealed

The Reform UK leader now has four homes and a vast salary from work outside his job ast the Member of Parliament for Clacton.

Nigel Farage's property empire now extends to four homes.

The GB News presenter is reported to earn £700,000-a-year from his work outside of Parliament. As an MP, he earns a basic salary of £91,346, excluding expenses.

The Reform UK leader's property portfolio is said to be £3m, and includes two coastal properties in Kent, as well as his £1m family home.

His fourth home is in Surrey, which he rents out for additional income, according to an investigation by the Good Law Project and the Mirror.

The beachfront homes are owned by Mr Farage's company Thorn In The Side Ltd and are worth a total of £1.3m.

The 60-year-old's home is worth £1m, a property he kept after his split with his second wife.

The political leader and godfather of Brexit doesn't have any income registered from "Brand Ambassador" role with gold bullion investment firm Direct Bullion.

Three weeks after his election as the MP for Clacton, he appeared in an advert for them, titled: “Nigel Farage explains the Big Pension Secret”.

Mr Farage even has a brand of red, white and blue gin and is also the founder of the “Freedom & Fortune” financial newsletter, which he claims will “help you take back control of your money” and “potentially profit from a Britain primed to boom post Brexit”.

The ex-commodities trader reported big monthly earnings for July, including £97,928 from his TV gig with GB News. However, he said that included backdated payments from April paid to Thorn In The Side.

He raked in £16,597 filming video clips for the Cameo app, £4,000 writing articles for the Telegraph newspaper and around £2,400 from his social media accounts with X and Meta.
