The House of Commons could schedule a no-confidence vote in Boris Johnson in order to block a no deal Brexit. BBC political correspondent Laura Kuenssberg has warned MPs opposed to leaving the EU without a deal may move quickly to table the vote. Westminster is scheduled to break for Summer Recess from tomorrow. Would a no confidence vote put an end to MPs summer break?
A vote of no confidence could threaten to bring down Boris Johnson's new Government before it has bearly begun, according to BBC political correspondent Laura Kuenssberg.
Ms Kuensberg tweeted this morning that Remainer MPs need to act fast if they want to stop a no deal Brexit.
She said: “So according to a source who knows their way around the machinations of Whitehall... if MPs want to be sure there is no chance of leaving without a deal they need to call and win a vote of no confidence today or the first day of recess.”

New Lib Dem leader Jo Swinson is pushing for a vote of no confidence.
She will need to gain the backing of other MPs if the motion is to result in a vote.
Ms Kuensberg tweeted: "Jo Swinson has a put a confidence motion down ... challenge from her to Corbyn on whether he’d back it."
And later added: "She has written to Corbyn asking him to back the Lib dem motion"
Would a no confidence vote cancel summer recess?
The House of Commons is scheduled to break for summer recess tomorrow and return on September 2.
If a vote of no confidence takes place today the following would happen, according to the House of Commons library.
July 25
Today is the latest a vote of no confidence can be scheduled before summer recess.
September 3
MPs would vote on the motion on the first day back after summer recess.
September 17
If MPs haven't passed a subsequent motion of confidence by the end of this date an early general election is triggered.
So even if a vote of no confidence is tabled today summer recess will go ahead as usual.
Mr Corbyn previously said his party would table a no confidence motion if Boris Johnson became Prime Minister.
Following Boris's victory, The Labour leader said: “We will do a motion of no confidence at a time of our choosing. We will table one when appropriate to do so.”
