Philip May has been a crucial confidant but he has been kept in the dark about her leadership voting choices, say Downing Street sources.
"When the PM she hadn't told anyone how she was voting that includes her husband," they said.
Was it him? Did Mrs May plump for Rory Stewart?
There was speculation that Mrs May backed Rory Stewart in the early rounds after her deputy, David Lidington, supported him.
Meanwhile, when the Scottish Nationalist Westminster leader Ian Blackford launched a bitter attack on Boris Johnson during Prime Minister's Questions Mrs May responded: "I believe any Conservative prime minister in the future will be better for Scotland than the SNP."
Probably not him... it's unlikely Mrs May voted for Boris Johnson
