APRIL the giraffe could finally give birth in the next day as her vet announced “all signs of birth” and continued discharge.

Zookeepers revealed today a message from vet Dr Tim who believes April is close to giving birth at the upstate New York petting zoo.
Millions of fans watching the YouTube live stream of the giraffe impatiently wait for the final moment of her pregnancy.
In an evening update, the zoo said: “Keep on laughing! Our sense of humor has kept us sane throughout this entire process!

We are seeing almost all the signs of birth happening within the coming days
“Tonight, I will share with you Dr Tim's report to his following friends and colleagues.”
The message from Dr Tim read: “Ok Gang... if you have been watching today, you should start getting excited...
“We are seeing almost all the signs of birth happening within the coming days... of course, my schedule is crazy for the next few days so naturally, we will pick the worst time possible.”
Zookeepers continue to notice discharge just a day after April raised the alarms with a “countdown to calf”.
Yesterday the zoo informed its followers: “We will not confirm active labor, but we do have discharge that would suggest the count down to calf has begun!"
Animal Adventure Park is keeping a team of staff and a vet on standby as April enters the lasts stages of her pregnancy.

The zoo added: “We could be hours away or days - so do not stop your day - but certainly don't stop watching!”
Not everyone however is enthusiastic about the developments. One person tweets out: “I doubt we'll see anything tonight. Might see some more tomorrow and maybe the weekend.”
But the overwhelming charm of the pregnant giraffe has most her fans excited about what the following days might bring.

Nancy Rawson tweeted: “Should be packing for a trip - but waiting to see that baby drop! Come on, April!”
Another Twitter user added: “I am sorry I got a little frustrated before. I was just grumpy from the lack of sleep. I'm better now&ready to welcome baby.”
Earlier this week April had significant mammary change” with her udders filling up with milk in preparation for the baby.

But all this attention has been irritating the expecting mother. On Tuesday she lashed out and almost kicked a vet.
The cracky mum-to-be got fed up with the vet checking in on her condition and swiped her leg at him.
Animal Adventure Park reported the incident: “April's attitude is good, though she did strike at (and miss) the vet again - we just think she was giving him a hoof (hand) out the door.”
