Goose steps out with its new leg
OZZIE the goose has a spring in its step thanks to a prosthetic limb.

The bird broke a leg shortly after hatching and had to have it amputated.
But animal lover Sue Burger from Johannesburg was touched by Ozzie’s instinct to survive when she saw it use a wing as a crutch.

So she appealed for help on South African radio and Ozzie has been fi tted with a 3D-printed new leg courtesy of digital modelling firm BunnyCorp.
Company spokesman Philip Van Der Walt said: “Ozzie was lucky to be nursed back to health.”
